Returns: 7 days

You have 7 days after delivery to return an item, no reason needed. It must come back complete and in the condition you received it.

Warranty: 6 months

Consoles and accessories carry a 6-month warranty (3 months for grade C) against any failure in normal use: repair, exchange or refund.

Not covered: impacts, drops, liquids, humidity, opening or modification by a third party.

How to return an item

1. Ask on WhatsApp or through the contact form, with your order number.

2. We arrange collection from your address.

3. The item is checked in our workshop within 48h of arrival.

4. Refunds are made within 5 business days, by bank transfer or in cash in store.

Wrong or damaged item

Refuse the parcel in front of the courier, or contact us within 48h with photos. Return costs are on us.
