Data we collect
Orders: name, phone, city, address, email (optional), items ordered.
Trade-ins and repairs: first name, city, phone, item description and photos.
Contact and newsletter: name, email or phone, message.
Browsing: anonymised visit statistics (Vercel Analytics, no advertising cookies).
How we use it
Only to process your orders and requests, contact you about them and, if you asked, send you new arrivals. We don't sell your data.
Who receives it
Our technical providers (Vercel hosting, Supabase database, email delivery) and the courier for delivery, only as far as needed.
Retention
Order data is kept as long as accounting and legal obligations require; contact requests for 2 years at most.
Your rights
Under Moroccan Law No. 09-08 you can access, correct or object to the processing of your data by writing to us through the Contact page.
Cookies
The site uses your browser's local storage for the cart and wishlist, and a session cookie if you log in. No advertising cookies are set.
