Terms of sale

1. Scope
These terms govern sales made on retrogame.ma between RetroGame.ma and any person buying on the site (the “customer”).
2. Products
Items sold are mostly second-hand. Their condition is described by a grade (A+, A, B, C) and, where relevant, a list of defects and photos. Photos marked “Illustration photo” do not show the exact unit: ask us for real photos before buying if needed.
3. Orders
An order becomes final after the confirmation call. RetroGame.ma may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, in case of an obvious pricing error, or if the customer can't be reached.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), all taxes included. Payment is made in cash on delivery. Other payment methods may be offered later.
5. Delivery
Delivery times and fees are shown on the Delivery page and at checkout. The customer may check the parcel before paying.
6. Returns
The customer has 7 days after delivery to return an item, under the conditions of the Returns & warranty page.
7. Warranty
Consoles and accessories carry a 6-month commercial warranty (3 months for grade C), without prejudice to consumer rights under Moroccan Law No. 31-08 on consumer protection.
8. Trademarks
Console and game names belong to their respective owners. RetroGame.ma is not affiliated with any manufacturer.
9. Personal data
Data processing is described in the Privacy policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law.
